Daikan launched in 2017 as a small pop-up specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine and has become well-known amongst Ramen-lovers as "The best ramen in town". Our in-house noodle production and locally sourced ingredients ensure the highest quality and freshness in every bowl. In addition to Ramen, Daikan offers up a selection of flavourful bites and desserts.
